★ Pixelated Art uses the binary pen.
★ Sketch Art is lined with a lighter opacity brush with less attention to 'cleanup' afterwards. The actual amount of 'sketchiness' varies.
★ Lined Art uses darker, cleaner lines.
★ Wiggle Art has at least two layers of 'boiling' animation to the lineart.
★ YCHs stand for 'your character here', and has premade bases and sketches to choose from.
★ Special Offers include discounts and experimental things.

General...
★ I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission, for any reason I see fit, with or without an explanation given as to why.★ I retain full rights to my artwork. This includes, but is not limited to, the ability to post and share when and where I see fit. If you wish for me to refrain from posting it publicly in any form, it must be discussed beforehand.★ Please do not modify my artwork in any way without my permission. Resizing the FULL image is okay. Do not crop it unless a link to the full image is attached [for example, toyhouse gallery image previews].★ The signature on my artwork must remain visible. You may not remove it or ask me to leave it out.★ Artwork is for personal use only. If you wish to use it commercially, please contact me.★ I do not consent to my artwork to be used to train AI. Please do not submit my artwork to be modfied by AI.★ I do not consent for my artwork to be used as an NFT.
Payment & Progress...

You may ask about splitting the payment into two- about half payment to get the sketch, then the other half of the payment for me to complete the artwork. I may decline to do this, it is case-by-case.★ Once accepted and paid, there is no refunds. Should I be unable to complete your commission, I shall refund you for whatever work I have not already started and sent.★ If your artwork has a deadline, I must know UPFRONT! Generally I prefer not to work on commission work under a deadline, so this will be case-by-case.★ Please do not remind me of the commission until a month+ has passed from ordering. I generally keep good track of what I owe, but it is understandable at that point if you want an update. I will do my best to periodically update you as to any issues or delays I may run into.★ For some commission types, I am open to sending you progress shots. Will & Won't Draw...
There are certain things [species, themes, art styles, ect] that I may draw in my general and personal art, or for friends, that I wouldn't draw for commissions.For the things on this list under "won't draw", please do not ask for them. If something is unclear or unlisted, however, you may ask.I will add; I am not obligated to accept your commission
even if it fits within the 'will draw' category.
✔️ Will Draw
★ Most mammals, I have the most skill in felines but I can in fact draw other things. For equines, see "might draw".★ Birds of all kinds. Some better than others.★ Honestly? Most other animals too. But yes I have the most experience with felines, birds and canines. See "might draw" for things regarding things such as pokemon, mythical creatures, and so on.★ Human and Anthro busts and headshots. See "Might draw" for information on fullbodies.★ Your real life pets. Please provide ample photos for the best results!★ Art ordered on behalf of someone else or as a gift. Please see "might draw" for info on artwork with a deadline, and keep in mind that I don't do holiday themed artwork, and that I need to know ahead of time if you want the artwork not to be posted publicly until a said time.
❌ Won't Draw
★ Sexually explicit art. I am a strictly SFW artist.★ Fetish art. Same as above, but I'll add that I don't care if it's visually 'safe for work', I am not comfortable drawing it anyways.★ Extreme gore. Things like exposed internal organs and excessive blood.★ Characters with no reference. If the character doesn't have a reference of some kind, then you will also pay for the character design itself.★ Holiday themed art. Any holiday, doesn't matter if it's religious or not. I can do artwork that looks vaguely seasonal [ex winter clothes and autumnal vibes], beyond that- nah.★ Romantic/ship art. This is something I only do in personal art atm, sorry.★ Political, religious ideological art/slogans/flags/symbols. This includes flags for causes/charities and the like, regardless of if I agree with them or not. This may also include company logos.★ Profanity & hate speech.★ Angel & Demon characters.
❔ Might Draw
★ Fullbodies of humanoid/anthro characters. Generally these take a level of energy I don't often have for commissions.★ Anything remotely similiar to an equine. This includes cow, deer, horses, sheep, moose. I have been steadily becoming more comfortable with them, but I am not always in the mood.★ Interaction artwork- in which more than one character is depicted. Again, something I have limited time and energy for.★ Anything that has any sort of deadline attached.★ Canon characters from media. I would prefer not to draw fanart for most things, but I may if its something I'm familiar with and also enjoy.★ Cityscapes and indoor backgrounds. Generally prefer to stick with natural BGS for commissions as it's more reliable to get finished.★ Mech/robot characters. This is case by case.★ Mythical and closed species characters. Certain ones I may not be comfortable drawing.★ Fan characters. Some fandoms I would rather not draw art for. Certain fandoms with very stylized characters [ex pokemon, sonic, mlp:fim] I may have trouble with.★ Violence and mild gore. Cuts, death scenes, hunting scenes, ect. Just depends.

Character Design Ownership Terms...
NOTICE:
Certain designs may have different terms than these- for example, designs made for closed species. See "regarding group designs" further down for info.
Use of Designs...
★ Once I am paid, I do not revoke ownership over designs. If you disrespect or break my TOS, I may simply blacklist/block you from future sales, but nothing else.★ Please credit me for the design. It does not have to be on every single thing where the character is depicted, but it should remain on character pages such as toyhouse.★ You may use my designs however you want. Personal or commercial projects, role-play, comics, fursonas- do whatever you want! Be free! However-★ Please do not use the -original artwork I created- commercially. You may redraw the characters yourself and use that in- for example, merchandise like a sticker sheet- but you should not be printing and selling the original drawing of the design you received from me.★ You may revamp the design, change whatever you like about it at any time. Species, gender, colors... what have you! Be free! Have fun!★ You may 'breed' the design to make 'children' characters inspired by it's looks- including for profit. However, please do not make exact or near exact "clones" to sell. You are welcome- for yourself- to use a design as it's own twin, but may not 'split' the design with another person.★ I prefer that my designs are not used in sexually explicit art and projects. I cannot stop you from doing this, but I may avoid doing further business with you should I see it.
Trading & Reselling...
★ Do not resell for more than you paid for. Money that you spent on the character- ex, buying custom art of it- can add to value. Your own artwork, too, can add to value, but please keep it within reason. A simple doodle doesn't add $100 value to a character.★ You may trade and gift any of my designs, including free ones. For free designs, please do not sell [trading is fine] unless the character has art that gives it monetary value.★ I really prefer you do NOT share co-ownerships of my designs. I'm not going to police this, but I find this kind of confusing, and it is pretty much breaking my rule against selling clones of my designs.
Regarding Group Designs...
★ "Group Designs" encompasses any character designed with the intention to be used in a specific "adoptable" group, such as ARPG games and closed species.★ Additional rules may apply to designs made specifically for specific groups, and some of these my override my own TOS. Be sure to check the rules of the species or group the character was designed for.★ Designs made by me can be transferred out of groups without asking me for permission. This is your permission! Be free! You can transfer my designs and in out of whatever groups you want, provided the rest of my TOS are honored & I am credited for the original concept.

The $30 starter price will, roughly, get you a character drawn with simple shading and a simple BG.Sketchy, simpler scenes with pixel lines. I prefer to decide the amount shown, as well as the shape of the piece, based on the character and backdrop I'm working with. That said, you can discuss the details with me if you'd be wanting something more specific.Artistic liberties will be taken as needed with character designs.
